Oh my gooooodness! Can you believe it's already FRIDAY?
Where did the week go?
I know I've told you that Bobby and Susan are getting married on Saturday....and it's all about the wedding right now!
I'm so excited I can barely contain myself.
And.............
Angie over at Thread Needle Studio.....
asked me to do a little slipcover interview! Whew, did that ever make me feel important.
Ok........in the big scheme of things, I know it's not true, but I was excited just the same and I can tell MYSELF that I'm important, right? :-)
I still have the slipcover to make for my little bathroom chair, but haven't found the fabric for that little endeavor yet. I like to buy my fabric on SALE....is there any other way?
So, pop over and visit Angie....she has a great blog and makes slipcovers too. You'll love 'em.
Have a wonderful Friday!
Big smoochies,
Spencer

The time has been flying for me as well. Could it be because we lost an hour? Well, I love that it is staying light so long in the evening!

Have fun this weekend at your friend's wedding. I know the flowers will be stunning!
XO,

How did you find my blog? I was reading your interview with Angie and came over to see your blog. I planned to leave comments on both. I got distracted. Then when I came back to look some more, I saw you left a comment on my blog. I loved that interview. We sound a lot alike. I'm so glad I found the slipcover blogging world. I can't get enough of you all!

That slip is awesome, I've been wanting to do one for a similiar office chair, thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteSpencer, Just wanted to stop by to say a quick hello. Have fun at the wedding! hugs, Sue
ReplyDeleteI am in love with this idea. I hate the way office chairs look, but love that they roll. I sew and have my office in the same room, so I need to be able to roll....I hopped over to your link and read your interview too. How fun. You are so clever...looking forward to seeing your bedroom chair too.
ReplyDeleteSpencer the interview was great. I didn't know that you do your slipcovers with a regular machine and no serger. I don't have either of those myself...so I guess I'm out of excuses. lol

Good for you! You did do a great job on that slipcover you know! How happy... a wedding to go to. Have a great time. thanks also for your kind words on my post.
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
