Things are ever so busy here at the Cottage...but I couldn't let this special day pass by without wishing you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving.
I pray that you'll have a wonderful day, spent with those you love, that you'll enjoy the yumminess of the day and that you'll get home safely.
The weather here, in the Pacific Northwest, has been ever so horrible! We must be breaking records every day. Last night it got down to NINE degrees. I can't remember it EVER being so cold. Our heat is cranked up and we're still layering clothes on to try to stay warm......Brrrrrr. We've also been experiencing some BIG windstorms. Fortunately that's died down now and we did make it through this last storm without losing our power. We have no fireplace or alternate source of heat so we would have REALLY been cold.....and the roads were awful, so we couldn't have gone anywhere either. YIKES! Thank you Jesus for your protection....
From our home to yours.............Happy, Happy Thanksgiving.
Huggies and lovies,
Spencer

I know how you feel - I always sweat the big storms here because we don't have a fireplace either. I'm glad you are all snug and warm.

Oh my gosh, Spencer, that's some very scary weather for this early in the year yet, isn't it?! It's gotten cold here, and have touched 30 and 40 degree temperatures... but NINE degrees?! Brrrrrr, for sure! Keep warm, keep safe, and wishing you and yours a blessed and very Happy Thanksgiving! ((hugs)) ~tina

Oh Spencer Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteI am so thankful for your friendship. I pray that you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Please know that you will be in my prayers for a little warmer day tomorrow and for the heat to stay on. I hate being cold, one of the reasons that brought me here to the desert. The last few days even us, have been in the 60's. That is a cold spell for us. I have to admit, I am SO loving it. I actually got to wear a sweater to work the last two mornings, when I go in at 5am it has been a little to cool for my lungs.
Happy Thanksgiving sweetie. Please know that you are SO loved. Many hugs and SO much love, Sherry
I don't envy your weather...we are in the 30's and no snow yet. But that's not going to stop me from having a wonderful Thanksgiving and I wish the same for you!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
HELLO PRECIOUS ONE! Oh, I miss you so! Busy, ay? So am I. Parent conferences and school have just taken the wind out of my sails and for the next four days, I have off and I am going to create and play. Bless you sweet one, may your celebration be special and magical.
ReplyDeleteCome by when you can, Anita
Our weather here in Oklahoma has been crazy too for this time of the year. Temps reached 75 yesterday and almost 70 today. High winds and storms in T-Town. Temps are predicted to drop big time tomorrow. In the 30's. Unbeliveable. Happy Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteStay safe and warm and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

Oh wow, that does sound could. I feel a bit guilty since we are only just now getting a bit of cold weather. A norther just blew in and it still isn't horribly cold yet. I pray you have a blessed Thanksgiving! You have been such a joy this year!
ReplyDeleteDebbie
Stay warm Spencer and Happy Thanksgiving. The weather forecasters here are predicting an icy winter here as opposed to our really snowy one of last year. I sure hope not! xoxo
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving♥

The weather reports from your part of the country have been amazing. May you be warmed by the love of family and friends on this Thanksgiving Day!
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog, and many blessings to you!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Yes, right below you in Oregon and it's been very, very cold. I take my dog out walking in this weather because she loves the snow and cold - she's a Husky mix and begs at the door to go out. Thank goodness for warm clothes.
ReplyDeleteHi Spencer! It's cold here in Idaho too. Stay as warm as you can and have a very Happy Thanksgiving!!
ReplyDeleteLots of love,
Susan and Bentley
