Daughter Report

Well, here she is all happy and smiley before she went into surgery....showing off her designer socks..... Oh how she loves them... (Just kidding)...And, her blow up gown. They pipe heat into it so it keeps you warm while you're in the OR. Pretty clever, huh?

A few hours later she was out and preparing to mend.

First words out of her mouth? "I want a steak".... :-)

Thank you all so much for your prayers for her....they meant SO much to me. You are alllll wonderful and I am grateful.

She's home and doing just fine. Still in a LOT of pain, but she's a strong girl, so I'm expecting her to be bopping around soon.

It could be under better circumstances, but I'm enjoying my time with her and my boy. I'm making her favorite dinner tonight....then oven fried chicken tomorrow for my boy. It's his very favorite.

Huggies to all!
Spencer

  7. Yep, hubby had one of those gowns and laughed at the absurdity of it. When they put you to sleep you'll never know if you were warm or cold, sweetpea! LOL
