Happy Pink And Yellow Saturday!

Hi Dear Friends.......and Happy Pink and Yellow Saturday.

I'm joining Miss Beverly over at How Sweet The Sound for her birthday celebration.

Yellow is Beverly's favorite color.  Pink is my favorite color........but pink and yellow together is my favorite color combination.  I am crazy in love with it.  Just so cheery, isn't it?

So, I scoured my old photos for pictures of our bedroom back when it was pink and yellow so I could join in the party.

It's been changed to blue for quite some time......you can see the new room here.....

I made the pillows so the covers could be washed........one of them exploded when I washed it....  darn it all.

I can't believe how differently it looked back when...  Paint sure changes things, doesn't it?

I was thrilled when I found this pretty plate......just perfect for my pink and yellow room.

My darling hubby is taking me for a spin today.  We're going to Port Townsend for lunch at our very favorite restaurant.......Silverwater Cafe.   Everything there is DEEE.LISH.   Hoping the weather cooperates.  This is Washington, after all.

Have a wonderful weekend Chickies!

Big huggies and lovies,

Spencer

  14. Spencer, thank you for the lovely comment you left for me; so nice to meet you. I read your "story" and I have to say, you're one tough lady. It made me ashamed to complain about anything! I've been so blessed for 70 plus years with good health.

I'll come back and read more.
