Thank You Bekah..... How Very Sweet

Several years ago I met the sweetest 'lil gal, Bekah, at a local Flea Market Sale...We chatted a LOT during our little soup bowl lunch.    :-)

She's come over to visit my blog along the way...  A while ago (I am terribly behind on posting so I am really sorry it's taken me so long to get this long overdue post up) I got a message from her, saying she had found something for me and could she send it?

Holy cow......I am NEVER the one to pass up a little pressie in the mail...   :-)

What a perfect surprise.  A Spencer rubber stamp that I've already put to good use...  a yummy bar of soap and one of Bekah's handmade cards.  I LOVE every single thing.

I'm constantly amazed by the kindness of chickies in Bloggyland and beyond.

Thank you so much sweet girl.  What a thoughtful thing to do.

I love my pressies.

  7. Hi Spencer,
Such sweet and thoughtful gifts, the best kind of surprise.
I have not sewn Hawaiian applique yet. I did buy two applique pillow covers while in Oahu, yellow and white pineapples. One day I will try to applique. I have been sewing quilts using all the Hawaiian fabric I bought while in Kauai. The fabric is so pretty and colorful.
Have a sweet day and big hugs, Elizabeth
